  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (halved)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; toss to coat.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker and drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil. Top with minced garlic.
  3. Add seasoned beef on top of the potatoes and drizzle with remaining melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
