  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in frozen vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
  5. Transfer beef mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Layer frozen tater tots over the top of the beef mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over tater tots; return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
