- 2 cups small pasta
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Prepare the garlic by cutting off the tops to expose the cloves. Place garlic, diced pumpkin, and rosemary in a large oven-proof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
