- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Unwrap 24 mini peanut butter cups and freeze them until needed.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until just combined.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until no flour streaks remain.
