  • 24 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Unwrap 24 mini peanut butter cups and freeze them until needed.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until no flour streaks remain.
  6. Roll dough into balls, coat in granulated sugar, and place on the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden. Immediately press a frozen peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.
  8. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave; pipe spider legs onto each cookie.
  9. Attach candy eyeballs with melted chocolate and allow to set before serving.
