- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and combine with peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until mixed well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; dollop jelly over it and swirl gently. Add remaining batter and repeat with more jelly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
