- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1½ cups fresh peaches (peeled & sliced)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press into the bottom of the pan.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
- For the topping, toss peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; layer over cheesecake filling and dot with butter pieces.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set; cool completely before slicing.
