  • 1 cup ditalini pasta

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add Italian sausage, breaking it apart until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. Stir in drained tomatoes, chicken stock, basil, oregano, and return the sausage to the pot. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add ditalini pasta and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
