  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss chicken legs with vegetable oil, minced garlic, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange seasoned chicken legs on the baking sheet. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, orange zest and juice. Brush the glaze over each chicken leg.
  4. Roast in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Simmer any remaining glaze in a saucepan until thickened.
