Ingredients
- 10–12 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chicken legs with vegetable oil, minced garlic, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange seasoned chicken legs on the baking sheet. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, orange zest and juice. Brush the glaze over each chicken leg.
- Roast in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Simmer any remaining glaze in a saucepan until thickened.
- Once cooked, brush the thickened glaze over the chicken before serving.
