- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions

- Freeze 1 cup of plain M&M’s and ½ cup of mini M&M’s in Ziploc bags.

- Gradually add cooled flour; mix until combined.
- Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in the microwave until smooth.
