  • 1 package (10 oz) large marshmallows (approximately 35 marshmallows)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, bringing it to a simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  3. Add the marshmallows to the caramel mixture and stir until completely melted and smooth.
