Instructions

  1. Beat together room temperature butter, maple sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in pure maple syrup and maple extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Chill the dough in plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
