  • 1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup roughly-chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine vinaigrette ingredients and shake until emulsified.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool under cold water.
