Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until well-blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
- Spread blondie batter into the prepared pan and drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top. Swirl gently using a butter knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool completely before icing.
