Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2–3 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger
Instructions
- Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté until vibrant green, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour over the cooked chicken and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add sautéed broccoli back to the skillet and mix well to coat with sauce. Serve hot with garnish of sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
