  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 23 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté until vibrant green, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour over the cooked chicken and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add sautéed broccoli back to the skillet and mix well to coat with sauce. Serve hot with garnish of sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
