Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup fresh pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh pineapple for salsa
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 3–4 minutes; flip and cook an additional 2–3 minutes. Remove salmon from the pan.
- In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, lime juice, ginger (optional), and red pepper flakes (optional). Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
