Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for about 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sliced sausage for 3–4 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp; cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
- Lower heat; add butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté until fragrant, then stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer to thicken.
- Return sausage, shrimp, and broccoli to the skillet; toss to coat in sauce and heat through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished as desired.
