Instructions
- Cook blueberries: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook blueberries until soft and juices are released (about 9 minutes).
- Thicken filling: Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and salt; add to cooked blueberries and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
