  • Garlic
  • Crushed San Marzano tomatoes
  • Chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add chopped carrots and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and crushed red pepper; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  4. Stir in heavy cream and cooked orzo; heat through for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
