- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix shortbread crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and flour until smooth; add sour cream, molasses, vanilla, spices, and eggs.
- Pour filling into cooled crust; bake in a water bath at 300°F (148°C) for about 80 minutes.
