  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, seasonings, and whole milk until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the prepared baking sheet or press into the loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add minced garlic and sauté briefly. Stir in more Parmesan and parsley to make the glaze.
  6. Brush the cooked meatloaf with glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing; garnish with chopped parsley.
