- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by buttering it and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a mixer, cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients until just combined. Spread dough on the prepared pan and bake for 11-13 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
