Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thighs evenly and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside to rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and allow it to thicken slightly before removing from heat.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in boiling water; drain well.
