  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, melted butter, and salt; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese, then add sugar and eggnog until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by nutmeg and vanilla.
  4. Wrap the pan in foil, place in a roasting pan filled with hot water, and bake for 60-90 minutes until slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool gradually in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate overnight.
  6. Whip heavy cream with eggnog and powdered sugar; spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.
