Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a muffin pan with nonstick spray or liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ground ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk until well mixed.
