  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and soy sauce; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken; sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots and broccoli; stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Then add bell peppers and snap peas for another 2 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the wok; mix in remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce; stir until thickened (about 1 minute).
  7. Toss everything together and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
