- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish

- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and soy sauce; set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

- Return chicken to the wok; mix in remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
