- 4 medium yellow onions

- 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons chicken hamburger seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded, divided)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut off the tops of the onions and hollow them out using a sharp knife and spoon.
- In a cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat and caramelize two chopped onion cores until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
