  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter using an electric mixer.
  3. Mix in the light brown sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
  4. Press 1¾ cups of the mixture into the prepared pan and set aside the remainder.
  5. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Melt dark chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Pour melted chocolate mixture over warm crust.
  8. Crumble remaining crust on top and scatter fresh raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
  9. Bake again for 20-30 minutes, then cool before slicing into bars.
