Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter using an electric mixer.
- Mix in the light brown sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
- Press 1¾ cups of the mixture into the prepared pan and set aside the remainder.
- Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over warm crust.
- Crumble remaining crust on top and scatter fresh raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
- Bake again for 20-30 minutes, then cool before slicing into bars.
