- Garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Thinly slice potatoes (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the crockpot, followed by half of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; pour evenly over layers in the crockpot.
