  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
