  • ⅓ cup cornstarch

  • 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, combine Oreos, almonds, and coconut; process into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a pie plate. Bake for about 20 minutes until set.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, and salt until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Divide the custard; stir melted chocolate into one half and shredded coconut into the other.
  5. Pour coconut mixture over the crust followed by the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
