- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning for flavoring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- For the glaze, combine ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Brush half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes; brush with remaining glaze and bake an additional 15-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
