  • 1 head of lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 bunches green onion (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 orange pepper (chopped)
  • 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 bags of frozen peas
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 2 cups marble jack shredded cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet of turkey bacon pieces
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped peppers and set aside.
  2. Spread chopped lettuce in a glass bowl as the base.
  3. Layer green onions, mixed peppers, and frozen peas on top.
  4. Sprinkle sugar over the peas.
  5. Evenly spread mayonnaise over the layers.
  6. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs on top of the mayonnaise layer.
  7. Finish with cheese and turkey bacon pieces.
  8. Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight before serving.
