Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. For the cinnamon swirl filling, combine ground cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling on top. Add the remaining batter and repeat with the rest of the filling.
