  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • ⅔ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • Honey and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spread sesame seeds on a baking sheet and toast for about 5 minutes until golden. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rotini, snow peas, red bell pepper, carrot, napa cabbage, green onions, and water chestnuts. Gently fold in the chow mein noodles.
