- 1 lb ground chicken

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- Thai red curry paste and coconut milk for the sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, fish sauce, soy sauce, red chili flakes, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches until golden brown and cooked through (8-10 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in curry paste and turmeric powder; cook for another minute.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes.
