Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa

- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sriracha (optional)

Instructions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water. Combine with water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
