Ingredients
- 12 oz. farfalle pasta
- 10 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil farfalle pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine quartered cherry tomatoes and broken turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Italian dressing until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the tomato and bacon mixture; pour half of the dressing over it and mix well.
