Ingredients

- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch to create the marinade. Add beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a wok over high heat and add vegetable oil. Once hot, sear the marinated beef for about 2 minutes without moving it; then stir-fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until cooked.
- Remove beef from the wok. In the same wok, stir-fry onions and rainbow peppers for about 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine the cooked beef with vegetables in the wok and heat through for another minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
