- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers, or corn)
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil and sauté diced onion for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and mixed vegetables; cook until tender.
