  • 2 to 3 medium bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread dulce de leche over the chilled crust.
  3. Slice bananas and layer them over the dulce de leche.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until medium to stiff peaks form. Spread over the banana layer.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder and chill for at least an hour before serving.
