Description

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are a mouthwatering treat that combines crispy chicken with a creamy, spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, all nestled in fluffy slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or family dinners, these sliders pack a flavorful punch while being incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  4. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
  5. Assemble by toasting slider buns and spreading bang bang sauce on the bottom bun. Add crispy chicken and desired toppings before placing the top bun.
