  • 1 container Cool Whip (16 ounces)
  • 2 cans apple pie filling (21 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 13×9 baking dish and freeze.
  2. For the cream cheese filling, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the frozen crust.
  3. Layer apple pie filling evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add remaining Cool Whip on top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
