- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup oil
- Chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
