Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, nut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until crumbly.
  3. Press all but 1 cup of the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake crust for 10 minutes; set aside.
  5. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, shredded coconut, cornstarch, honey, and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling; then simmer until thickened.
  6. Pour filling into the pre-baked crust and top with reserved crumble mixture.
