  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes). Let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine wilted spinach with ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Unfold puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut into squares.
  5. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal edges using a fork.
